“I am very content with all of the care that was given to me at this place. Each and every one of the employees acted very efficient in every sense. I left very grateful to every one of the members of this rehabilitation center, and truly and with all my heart I give my thanks to everyone.” – Sara, “My Innerview” responder
“Caring and helpful attitude of most of the entire staff. Many funny, enjoyable people to work with and they have my best interest in mind. Everyone who was assisting me did exactly what I asked them to do. Many Christian employees who were a joy to be around. I loved the way the physical and occupational therapists joked around with me and we had fun to where I even went in for more therapy on my own time the last few days before being released.” – “My Innerview“ responder
“Giving good care with kindness. Rooms and surroundings are very clean. The staff is very friendly. The therapy is great and respectfully done.” – “My Innerview” responder
“I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for the services received. The highly professional services rendered by your staff along with the truly heart felt caring attitude displayed every day, at every level, truly demonstrates why your facility receives a 5 star rating when compared to your competitors. Each and every department, daily, provides the little things that make an organization stand out over its competitors. (I appreciated) the front desk greeting upon arrival, the nursing station (especially, Station A), in assisting me in finding the right room or informing me on the patient’s progress. Thank you for answering my questions and to the nursing staff for attending to patient’s daily needs. I was personally involved with John and his physical therapy staff. Thanks to Erika Tellez and Aileen Perez (especially Aileen) for the after care and service they provided even after Patricia had been discharged. It was a very comforting experience during some very trying times.
“In summary I would like to say that normally when you compliment people on the work performance, the reply is ‘just doing my job.’ That is true but what makes any job performance stand out is the personal touch and effort put into ‘just doing my job.’ I just wonder if you would pass along to everyone at the facility a big Thank You! for a job well done.” – Patricia Taylor, Garden Grove, CA
“The key to successful patient care is not only a good, clean facility but also the integration of all aspects of care, from nursing and therapy to social services and nutrition. At Walnut Village Rehabilitation and Care Center, the staff is responsive, and they work hard to address the individual needs of each patient. The leadership has established a very high standard as well as high expectations and goals for the staff, thereby successfully creating a culture for both mental and physical healing.” – Dr. Rakesh Bhola, internal, geriatric and pulmonary medicine (30+ years in practice)
“For the past 16 years, I have practiced in Anaheim-area hospitals and have become familiar with many post-acute care facilities. I have found Walnut Village Rehabilitation and Care Center to be an excellent choice for post-hospitalization recovery. The environment is immaculate, and the staff is nurturing – offering excellent, well-structured care with smiles on their faces. I also appreciate the stimulation offered by the art classes that are made available to residents.” – Dr. Anooshiravan Hami, pulmonary medicine (20+ years in practice)
“The nursing staff and the quality of care at Walnut Village Rehabilitation and Care Center are exceptional. Their attention to hygiene and cleanliness, as well as the high level of patient satisfaction are all reasons that I continually refer patients for care to the facility.” – Dr. Ali Tajiki, family medicine (10+ years in practice)
